Del Tongo Industrie Spa represents the typical example of an Italian family-run Company which succeeded in evolving throughout the years. Founded in 1954 in Tuscany by the two DelTongo brothers, Stefano and Pasquale, the Company was initially a carpenter's workshop but soon started its industrial development, thanks to the insight and determination of its two founders. At the end of the 60s a real revolution took place: the two DelTongo brothers invested in change; the old heavy mono-block kitchens and traditional kneading troughs got gradually replaced by modular solutions. The company was growing and it later became a factory, with the quality and flexibility of handmade production still unaltered. Meanwhile, thanks to a number of partnerships and sport sponsorships, the brand became more and more popular, nowadays being one of the main points of reference for modular kitchens.
DelTongo Industrie is currently specialised in the construction of kitchen systems, with its collections covering a very broad market. The range offered includes both contemporary and classic style, in its various forms, allowing the Company to meet many different needs, from more modern to more traditional or décor.
Through continuous research – developed in collaboration with worldwide famous designers such as Giugiaro Design, Makio Hasuike & Co, Samuele Mazza e Prospero Rasulo- over the last few years Del Tongo got closer to the newest trends of the market, attracting even younger customers with brand new products. Using exclusive production technologies, the Company is now in the position to offer 100% customizable final products, its kitchens being constructed one by one within its Tuscan premises. Ergonomics, design and technology represent the cornerstones of spacious, functional and essential products.
